Wedo are one of the world's leading candle wick manufacturers and the ECO series of wicks are a firm favourite of professional chandlers. Perfect for heavily fragranced and dyed candles, as the coreless wicks have paper stabilising filaments. The solutioning is therefore robust enough to deal with high concentrations of fragrance/essential oil and dye.

ECO wicks work well in both vegetable and paraffin wax, but are specially suited for paraffin container wax (Sasol 6213). These wicks are pre-cut to 110 mm, pre-waxed and are already fitted with a 15mm metal sustainer (tab), ready to be placed into your candle container. As a flat, coreless wick, the wick is made of pure cotton and thin paper filaments interlaced for a more stable and consistent burn, it consists of specially treated paper threads providing a controlled curling of the wick. As the wick is self-trimming this means that there is a decrease in mushrooming (carbon build up) as well as smoke and soot.

Wedo wicks combine the highest grade wick materials, state of the art braiding and spooling technology as well as tried, tested and approved chemical treatments to provide the cleanest and safest possible burn in the materials in question. The materials and processes also ensure consistent product quality from start to finish and from batch to batch. As an accredited supplier, Wedo only manufactures wicks which fulfill the stringent requirements of the European quality seal RAL GZ 041. Wedo is certified according to EN ISO 9001:2008.
